I had to have a look at your question.But no wiser.I’ll put it down to Iron Maiden on TV.Although now i’d say i would have a piece of nao in my none collection.
My mum collects lladro and nao , she has loads of them and you cant tell the difference between then , only when you pick then up and look underneath can you tell. so yes you can put them together.
It does look very similar.
